Located in the bustling and trendy Annex neighbourhood of Toronto with lots of University of Toronto students, young people, and professionals. Smaller and slower paced then it’s neighbouring location at Bloor St. W., allowing for personable customer-employee relations. Our customer is someone is making a special connection with, and getting to know them to make sure they’re provided with the most accurate product / weed flower.
Our customer is everyone who looks for cannabis and fine edibles in Toronto.

The Harbord location has a family-oriented team, meaning we don’t allow any one to do things or struggle we always keep each other up and we as well do enjoy adding nice homey touches around the store.
Our customers range widely by age, demographic, and cannabis familiarity, but there’s a lot of students from University of Toronto who are rather familiar with cannabis use. More than just a Toronto cannabis dispensary, customers visit here simply to enjoy a great cup of Barocco coffee.
CAFE means everything to me . Without cafe my fam would have had to sell our house.

Cafe means – coming together as a community and being able to provide medical and everyday advice to customers of all ages. And just seeing a change in their face and opinion on cannabis is what I live for.

It’s hard to increase community engagement while still operating under the radar. Someone once commented on how as staff, we’re ambassadors for the brand on and off shift. I think if each person internalizes that, it certainly looks good on the company.
