Returns & Exchange Policy

All cannabis products purchased in-store & online are final sale, with a few exceptions.

Final Sale Products, no exceptions:

  • Flower 
  • Edibles
  • Topicals
  • Oils, including tinctures & syringes
  • Concentrates

For all other products, we will be happy to exchange or issue a store credit within 15 days at the original store of purchase with your itemized receipt.  No Refunds.

Products available for exchange or store credit:

Within 15 days of purchase, you can return the following products and exchange or receive store credit at the original store you bought it from. No receipt, no returns.

Vapes (Disposable, Batteries, & Cartridges):

You may return disposable vapes, vape batteries, and vape cartridges that appear to have a manufacturing defect (leakage or battery)* for exchange or store credit. To be eligible for a return, all vape products must: 

  • Have no sign of physical damage
  • Have at least 50% of distillate remaining
  • Be returned with original packaging
  • Be returned to the original store of purchase within 15 days, with receipt 

* All other issues can be assessed on-site by in-store management. 

Merchandise:

You may return CAFE merchandise (clothing, homeware, etc.) within 15 days of purchase to the original store of purchase for exchange or store credit. To be eligible for a return, products must: 

  • Have original tags & packaging 
  • Have not been worn or used
  • Be returned to the original store of purchase within 15 days, with receipt 

After 15 days, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.

In-Store Purchases – Return & Exchange Policy

For purchases made in-store, returnable items can be brought back to the original store of purchase with an itemized receipt within 15 days for store credit or exchange. Non-returnable products are final sale; products returned without a receipt or after 15 days are final sale. Products must be returned to the original store of purchase.  No Refunds.

Online Purchases – Return & Exchange Policy

We are not able to offer exchanges online. If you need an exchange or store credit you may exchange your product in-store, within 15 days of purchase. Please show your proof of purchase upon visiting a store with your return (Email Receipt). No Refunds.  

For further help with returns & exchanges for online orders, or if you’ve received the wrong product, please email customer service. Some exceptions can be made at the discretion of management on a case-by-case basis.
