This past weekend was laugh time once again! CAFE and Smokes & Jokes hosted our monthly late-night live stand-up comedy show at Toronto’s Comedy Bar. Located on Bloor St, this sweet spot is right across from our 932 Bloor St CAFE dispensary location. As well, attendees were able to redeem their tickets for 20% off any Smokes & Jokes product before or after the show!
The show was kicked off by Hisham Kelati, who served as the MC of the night. Halfway through the show, Hisham brought out some sweet giveaways – our pre-packed fresh flower from the night’s sponsor – Smokes & Jokes. But the prizes were not up for easy grabs – show goers were invited to come up and play Rock, Paper, Scissors on stage in order to win. As expected, much hilarity ensued!
Our comedians had the audience in stitches! The talented lineup included Aaron Wry, Anna Menzies, Kevin Christopher, Allie Pearse, Ryan Hillis and Nitish Sakhuja as headliner.
All in all, the night was a great success! Thank you to all our amazing comedians, and our show attendees for making it a night to remember. Our next Smokes & Jokes show will take place on Saturday, September 20 – get tickets HERE.
