Our intensive cannabis training course offers aspiring budtenders the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of responsibly selling cannabis under Canada’s new legal framework. A budtender hired by CAFE will be required to receive in-depth education on the safe use and distribution of cannabis, as well as learn information on strains, methods of consumption, and child safety.

Each of our baristas receive thorough training in industry-leading techniques using exclusively Barocco Coffee. Our comprehensive barista course offers new employees insight into the journey of the coffee bean and provides hands-on training in latte art and artisanal coffee craftsmanship using state-of-the-art Victoria Arduino espresso machines and the best espresso blends this city has to offer.
