The entrepreneur mindset. Everyone is an entrepreneur outside of CAFE, and if you don’t have the entrepreneurial mindset before CAFE, working here somewhat cultivates it.

What advice would you give to your teenage self?
Be selfish, but be patient. Being young it’s easy to feel that you need to make a decision today. If not for you, it’s for your parents, siblings, teachers, or coaches. So we end up rushing into doing things we probably didn’t want to do, but felt we needed to in order to satisfy someone else. So be selfish, and take your time in making the decisions in your life, that you are 100% comfortable with.
